Growing Wisconsin: A Workshop on How to Sustain Our Working Lands - The purpose of the workshop is to increase understanding of how to protect working lands through the use of voluntary programs, such as purchase and transfer of development rights, and the required supporting land use policies. The target audience includes farmers, land owners, real estate related businesses, local and state elected/appointed officials, attorneys, planners and citizens. Leaders from around the nation who have implemented these programs in their communities will be presenting!
